Our Training & Coaching Approach

All of our mental health community support programmes use evidence-based Positive Psychology, Applied Cognitive Psychology and Neuropsychology to empower individuals through increasing their self-efficacy with mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Our community wellbeing programmes often come with optional additional 1:1 Coaching to support individuals to apply tools and techniques in a way that works for them.

We have ready-made programmes and work with organisations to build bespoke programmes, using the following process:

We collaborate with other third sector organisations and diverse communities to understand the nuances of need. Where possible we co-produce programmes – keeping the people they are designed for in the driving seat.

No death-by-PowerPoint here we PROMISE! Whether it’s a bespoke package or one of our ready-made courses, we guarantee it will be participatory, engaging and most importantly a worthwhile investment in everyone’s time.

Our team of highly experienced trainers will facilitate a learning experience that promises to be a warm, engaging and safe environment for adult-learners.

We monitor and evaluate all of our programmes using our PERMA Model Evaluation Framework in combination with the measurement requirements outlined by respective funding providers. We are a learning organisation – outcomes measurement constantly guides how we move forward as a team, ensuring meaningful and quality delivery is front and centre in what we do.
