Workplace Programmes
Build healthier, more sustainable working cultures.
Happy Headwork grew from a team who have worked internationally in the care-giving sectors, including humanitarian response and health and social care.
This background means we’re used to working with complexity and real human experience. It’s why our programmes don’t shy away from the messy parts of being human at work, and why they work just as well in other sectors facing pressure, change and uncertainty.

How we work with organisations
1. Get to know your context
We arrange an online meeting to learn more about your team, the unique pressures and strengths, specific needs that need to be considered. We identify what outcomes you’d like from the programme and what kind of ‘experience’ you’d like us to create for the team.
2. Design learning that fits
We create bespoke psychology-based learning programmes or we can adapt packages we already have to meet your needs. Our programmes are all designed to be trauma-informed and solution focused.
3. Facilitate
We bring the learning to life through engaging, trauma-informed workshops and coaching, online, in person or outdoors in nature. We always frame the space as one NOT to share personal details or trauma-stories.
4. Show what’s changed
We measure and report on impact and return on investment (ROI). How we measure depends on your needs as an organisation and is part of the design process.
Themes we cover in our programmes
We specialise in developing bespoke programmes, however, we also have ready-made programmes that we can adapt for your organisation – these lower cost as don’t include a development cost. Our programmes can be one-off workshops or longer more transformative journeys. They are built using any combination of the following:
- Workshops: Online, in-person (we travel UK wide & Internationally) or nature-based (UK wide)
- Therapeutic Coaching: Online 1:1 solution-focused coaching
- Action Learning Sets
