Workplace Programmes
Learning and development for healthier working cultures.
From a one-day stress management workshop to a longer programme supporting behavioural and organisational change, we work with you to develop learning that fits your people and priorities.
Our team brings international experience across psychology, adult learning, human rights, humanitarian response, sustainable development, and health and social care. We are used to working with complexity, pressure and the messy realities of being human at work.
We bring together needs assessment, programme design, practical learning and evaluation. The scale of that work depends on what you need, whether that is a focused day together or a sustained learning journey with staff, teams and leaders.

How we work with your team
The same collaborative cycle guides a focused workshop and a longer programme. The depth of needs assessment, design, delivery and evaluation reflects what your organisation needs.
Select a stage to learn more.

A workshop or a longer programme
A focused workshop can give your team practical tools for a particular need, such as managing stress or navigating difficult conversations.
A longer programme creates space to build on the learning, practise between sessions and support changes in behaviour, relationships or working culture. We agree the scope with you and develop the programme around your context.
We can adapt an existing programme, reducing development costs, or design a bespoke learning journey. Depending on your aims, this may combine:
- Workshops delivered online or in person across the UK and internationally, with nature-based sessions available in the UK
- Online one-to-one solution-focused therapeutic coaching
- Action learning sets
- Audio, visual and written resources, practical toolkits and online learning
