For over 30 years, Alex has dedicated herself to supporting individuals, groups, and communities in enhancing their mental health, emotional wellbeing, and personal development. She specializes in areas such as innate resilience, burnout recovery, life transitions, women's issues, and rewilding.

Since 2014, Alex has been passionately 'following her bliss' through her private practice and freelance work, sharing the 3 Principles of Innate Health. Her mission is to nurture individual and community insight and empowerment, fostering profound, natural, and sustainable change.
