How can Happy Headwork support me?

You can join in at the point that feels right for you. Some people take part in one programme. Others move between different programmes over time.

Who we support

We work with anyone interested in supporting their wellbeing and personal development, including people navigating anxiety, low mood and depression, grief, homelessness, recovery, domestic abuse, hoarding behaviours, the asylum and refugee system, long-term unemployment or social isolation. People are often experiencing several pressures at the same time.

With the support of funders, we are able to offer many of our programmes free of charge or through voluntary donations.

Our programmes

We deliver programmes in different ways:

  • Online
  • Through in-person workshops
  • In and with nature
  • With one-to-one therapeutic coaching

The best way to keep up to date with current programmes is to follow us on social media or contact us directly.

You can also open our brochure to get a flavour of the programmes we run.

What can I expect?

Every programme is a structured learning journey. We make psychology accessible and combine it with activities that suit the context, which may include creativity, coaching, nature connection, practical skills or volunteering.

Our programmes are trauma-informed and solution-focused. You will not be expected to share personal experiences with a group. We offer different ways to participate and will talk with you about accessibility and support.
